balanced diet and some form of physical exercise, such as yoga,
you may be on your way to getting rid of depression at any
stage while also helping you live a healthier and happier
life.
Some other things you can do to decrease your depression are to
take time to relax more, enjoy listening to your favorite
music, look for any sort of uplifting entertainment, read more
self-help books.
You can also spend some time with those people who make you
laugh. Or if you
need to, let out some cry if you need to, clear your mind and
empower yourself.
Sometimes is good to mentally or even loudly say good, positive
things about yourself to make you feel
better.
