Inner-Self
The real psychological personality of a person is known as the
'self' of a person. Every one of us has a hidden self within
us, but we are not familiar with it. A human being believes
that it is his consciousness that lead his actions. In reality,
our inner self guides our behavior in our everyday life. This
self is constructed and undergoes transformation with the
passage of time as we experience new things. Ego also develops
a part of our inner self. It makes us fight for our own
identity in the world. It stresses on an individual existence
of a human being divided from others. This will cause a person
to become proud and selfish. He will ignore certain facts,
which will be an obstacle in his self awareness and in this
manner degrading his self development.
As a result for the development of the inner-self, the primary
step is self introspection. What this means is that a
person must look within himself and analyze his own
personality. This

higher self.
